The QIDI Max 4 is an advanced 3D printer designed for large-scale projects and to work with demanding materials. Its large workspace, high nozzle temperature, and active chamber heating system allow for printing with both standard filaments and engineering materials. The CoreXY design, fast closed-loop motors, and complete cooling system ensure fast, stable, and precise operation.

The QIDI Max 4 offers a printing area of 390 × 390 × 340 mm. This large printing volume allows you to create large models in a single piece, without the need to divide the project into smaller parts. This saves assembly time and ensures the strength of the final model.

The print head reaches a temperature of up to 370°C, allowing you to work with a wide range of filaments, from PLA and PETG to more demanding materials such as PC or carbon fiber composites. The ceramic throat and improved heat dissipation module reduce the risk of nozzle blockages, ensuring stable printing even at high temperatures.

The third generation of active chamber heating reaches temperatures of up to 65°C. Combined with the air circulation system, this creates a stable environment for printing materials prone to deformation. As a result, even large models made with PLA or ABS maintain their geometry and do not bend at the edges.

The use of FOC stepper motors in a closed-loop system increases the drive efficiency by up to 65%. The maximum printing speed reaches 800 mm/s and the acceleration reaches 30,000 mm/s². This configuration significantly reduces the project completion time while maintaining high precision.

The CoreXY motion system, with 10 mm wide belts and 1.5 GT thickness, ensures high rigidity and precision in guiding the print head. The X-axis uses a high-hardness linear guide, the Y-axis uses 12 mm steel rods, and the Z-axis has four guides and two independent motors with trapezoidal screws. This allows the printer to remain stable even with large and heavy models.

The printer features automatic bed leveling through a load sensor integrated into the extruder. The monitoring system includes a filament runout sensor, a camera with AI, and a function to resume printing after a power outage. This enhances the safety of the printing process and reduces the need for manual control.

The QIDI Max 4 features a three-stage air filtration system consisting of a G3 pre-filter, an H12 HEPA filter, and activated coconut carbon. Additionally, it includes a 5-inch touchscreen, Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, and a 1080p camera for viewing and recording time-lapse video sequences of the printing process.
