Terms and conditions

1. Subject of the contract

These General Conditions regulate the sale of products through the website www.https://informaticabarata.com/en/ , owned by Technological Projects OÜ (hereinafter, " https://informaticabarata.com/en/ "), a company legally established in Estonia and operating within the European Union.

2. Contract completion

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions. The contract is considered finalized upon order confirmation via email.

3. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively through our online store. To purchase, customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information. After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your purchase.

4. Products

The products offered include their features and price. Images are provided by the manufacturer and may vary slightly depending on the device. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting customer service before making a purchase.

5. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in euros (€) excluding VAT, therefore it is mandatory that the company be registered with VIES in accordance with current European Union regulations. If the company is not registered, you will receive an invoice with the applicable tax for your country of delivery.

Invoices and payment receipts can be downloaded from the customer area once the order has been delivered and marked as completed. In some cases, the invoice may not be generated automatically; you can request it from the customer form after the order has been delivered, not before.

Incorrect promotions or discount codes may be voided by the company. We reserve the right to modify prices and cancel fraudulent or erroneous orders.

6. Payment methods

We accept payments by bank card, bank transfer, Bizum, cash on delivery (with a surcharge), or financing through Cetelem, depending on the destination country. The order is not considered complete until payment has been confirmed.

The products will remain the property of https://informaticabarata.com/en/ until full payment is received.

7. Delivery

Shipments are made via transport agencies from the European Union. The estimated delivery time is indicated in detail for each product.

The customer must ensure that there is a person available to receive the order at the indicated address or to pick it up if the delivery method is outside their home.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, with its original packaging and all accessories. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additional services are non-refundable.

9. Cancellations before shipment

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded, minus any financial processing fees associated with the payment method.

10. Stockout

In case of lack of stock, the customer will be informed to agree on a new delivery date or a full refund of the amount paid.

11. Products damaged in transport

Any visible damage to the shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, along with photographs. Informaticabarata.com will arrange for the product to be replaced at no additional cost.

12. Legal guarantee

All products have a minimum legal guarantee of 3 years in the European Union, in accordance with current legislation.

13. Responsibility

Informaticabarata.com is not responsible for external technical incidents such as service interruptions, viruses, malware or causes beyond its direct control.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images and texts are protected by copyright and industrial property rights, and are owned by https://informaticabarata.com/en/ or their respective owners.

15. Data protection

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), personal data will be processed securely and confidentially. Customers may exercise their rights through their user panel or via the contact methods indicated on the website.

16. Conflict resolution

The customer may resort to the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.

17. Applicable legislation

This contract is governed by European Union regulations on electronic commerce and consumer protection, as well as by the legislation applicable according to the consumer's country of residence.
