1. Purpose of the contract
These General Conditions regulate the sale of products through the website www.https://informaticabarata.com/en/ , owned by Technological Projects OÜ (hereinafter, " https://informaticabarata.com/en/ ").
2. Perfection of the contract
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions. The contract is considered concluded upon confirmation of the order and delivery of the product.
3. Orders
Orders are placed exclusively through our online store. To purchase, customers must register with real and up-to-date information. After placing their order, they will receive an email confirmation.
4. Products
The products offered include features and prices. Images are from the manufacturer and may vary visually depending on the device. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting customer service before purchasing.
5. Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT. Companies with an intra-community VAT number validated by the VIES system may invoice without VAT. The validity and verification of the VAT number is the customer's responsibility.
Incorrect promotions or discount codes may be voided by the company. We reserve the right to change prices and cancel fraudulent orders.
6. Payment methods
Payments are accepted by card, bank transfer, Bizum (depending on the country), cash on delivery (with a surcharge and depending on the country), or financing with Cetelem (depending on the country). The order is not considered complete until payment is confirmed. The products remain the property of https://informaticabarata.com/en/ until full payment is received.
7. Delivery
Shipments are made through courier agencies. The estimated delivery time is 24-72 business hours, and never more than 7 business days. For promotions with free shipping, this cost is non-refundable in the event of a return. The customer must ensure that someone is available to receive the order.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging, and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Additional services are non-refundable.
9. Cancellations before shipment
Orders can be canceled before shipping. In this case, the amount will be refunded, less the financial management fee (1.7% for cards or Bizum).
10. Out of stock
In the event of a stock shortage, the customer will be notified to arrange a new delivery date or refund. Applied coupons will remain valid for future purchases.
11. Products damaged in transit
Any damage to the shipment must be reported within 24 hours, attaching photographs. Informaticabarata.com will replace the product at no additional cost. After this period, claims for visible damage during transit will not be accepted.
12. Legal guarantee
All products come with a minimum legal warranty of 3 years in Spain (2 years in the rest of the EU), managed by the manufacturer or, failing that, by https://informaticabarata.com/en/. For more information, see our warranty policy .
13. Responsibility
We are not responsible for external technical issues such as network outages, viruses, malware, or errors beyond our direct control.
14. Intellectual property
All content, logos, images, and text are protected by copyright and industrial property rights of https://informaticabarata.com/en/ or their respective owners.
15. Data protection
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), your data will be treated securely and confidentially. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection by writing to us, or you can revoke your previous consents from your customer panel.
16. Conflict resolution
You can go to the European dispute resolution platform.
17. Legislation and jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Estonian law. For any dispute, both parties submit to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to access to EU courts pursuant to Regulation 1215/2012.
