Defective product

All products have the minimum legal guarantee of 3 years in the European Union , in accordance with current regulations.

In the event of a defective product, you can contact us directly through our customer service channels. Our team will handle the repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

The processing of warranties, replacements or refunds within the legal period will be free of charge for the customer.

Product damaged during shipping

You must report any visible damage within 48 hours of receiving your order, either through your customer area or by contacting customer service.

Return shipping costs

The product must be returned in good condition, with all its accessories and original packaging, and may only have been handled to verify its functionality.

Refund

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product or from when proof of return is provided.

Order cancellation before shipment

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. If payment has already been processed, any financial costs charged by the payment provider may be deducted.
