Defective product

You can claim a defective product within two years of receiving it (three years in Spain if the warranty indicates this). The exact duration will be the one offered by the manufacturer and will be indicated in the product documentation.

Always consult the manufacturer's documentation first or contact them directly. If the issue persists, please contact us by phone or email with your order number. Our technical department will evaluate your case and assist you.

Processing warranties, replacements, or refunds for defective products within the specified timeframe is completely free for you.

⚠️ If the manufacturer determines that the damage was caused by misuse or improper handling, you will be responsible for the repair and shipping costs if you wish to continue with the process.

Product damaged during shipping

You have 48 hours to report it from your customer area or by contacting customer service. Speed is key to an effective solution.

In these cases, the withdrawal, replacement, or refund will be free of charge to you.

Shipping costs on returns

1 - If the error was ours: We'll cover all costs. You must process the return from your account and follow the customer service instructions. We'll send you the label and collect the product free of charge.

2 - If you return it by your own choice (withdrawal): you must send it using your own means. We recommend checking carefully before purchasing. If the product arrives in good condition and meets the requirements, the refund will be processed. Additional services used (express delivery, refund, etc.) will be discounted.

🔁 In both cases, once the material has been reviewed, we will process the refund, warranty, or replacement as appropriate, always trying to expedite the process, although the legal deadline is 14 days.

Products excluded from return

These products cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • 🧼 Unsealed hygiene products
  • 🔗 Products inseparably mixed with others
  • 📀 Video/audio recordings or sealed software
  • 💻 Products with non-original pre-installed software or operating system
  • 🛒 Custom configured POS terminals
  • 🧩 Already used integration components (RAM, GPU, SSD...)
  • 🔧 Technical services or maintenance contracts
  • 🔐 Products with activated licenses
  • 🛡️ Warranty extensions or insurance

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You can cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Do so from your customer area → Order History.

The product must be in perfect condition, with the minimum amount of use necessary to verify its operation, and with all its accessories.

You must send it by your own means. If it arrives damaged or unprotected, we will not accept the return.

The same exceptions apply as in the previous section.

Refund

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days. For card payments, it may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect. We will send you the receipt.

Payments made by card, Bizum, or refund will be returned via bank transfer. If financing is required, you must contact your financial institution.

Cancellation of orders before shipment

You can cancel before shipping. Any payment fees (for example, 1.7% for card or Bizum payments) will be deducted.

Deletion of personal data

Before returning a product, delete any personal data, accounts, or settings. You are responsible if the data is not deleted properly. We will not be liable for any loss or breach of personal data.
