Payment methods and recommendations
All orders must be placed through our online store. To do so, you must register with your personal information and a valid shipping address.
Please check your phone number carefully , as it is essential for contacting you in case of incidents or confirmations.
How can I make the payment?
1. Bank transfer or deposit into account
Once you complete your order, you will receive your bank details via email. Confirmation may take up to 48 hours depending on the bank. If you make the deposit at the counter or from the bank itself, it will be confirmed immediately.
2. Payment by credit or debit card
You can pay securely through our payment gateway. The charge is instant, and you'll receive automatic confirmation. If there's a problem with your account, the transaction will be rejected and we'll notify you.
3. Cash on delivery
Available only for orders under €900 in the Peninsula. There is a 4% surcharge on the order. The delivery person does not carry change or a credit card , so you must have the exact amount in cash. This method may take an additional 24 business hours.
If you select this method and the phone number cannot be verified, the order will be automatically canceled. This payment method is only available for home deliveries; other carriers do not offer this payment method.
4. Payment with Bizum
Payment is made instantly through the secure Bizum gateway. You'll need your PIN activated for online purchases. For more information, consult your bank.
5. Payment financed with Cetelem
Available for purchases starting at €90 . You can pay in monthly installments by selecting this option at checkout. You'll be redirected to the Cetelem website to configure the amount and terms.
Important: Cetelem is an independent entity. Approval of your financing may take between 24 and 48 hours . If you need your order urgently, we recommend another payment method.
