Affiliate terms and conditions

1. Participation in the program

The InformaticaBarata.com affiliate program is open to any individual or legal entity, subject to manual approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

2. Commissions and categories

Commissions are calculated as a fixed percentage of the net price (excluding VAT) of the product sold, according to the corresponding category. Rates per category may be modified with prior notice.

3. Commission validation

A commission will only be considered valid if the order has been paid, not returned or canceled, and at least 30 days have passed since the purchase. Commissions will be visible in the affiliate dashboard with their corresponding status.

4. Payment of commissions

Payment will be made exclusively by bank transfer , at the affiliate's request and provided a minimum of €100 in valid commissions has been accumulated. Payment requests can only be made 30 days after the sale date. The minimum processing time for payment is 30 days from the date of the request.

We may request documentation that proves the actual ownership of the bank account before proceeding with the payment.

5. Billing and tax obligations

Commissions will be paid excluding VAT . InformaticaBarata.com will issue a self-invoice in the affiliate's name using the information provided during registration. This information will be used for tax purposes and cannot be modified retroactively.

The affiliate will be responsible for declaring and paying the corresponding taxes on the income received, exempting InformaticaBarata.com from any additional tax liability.

6. Monitoring and attribution system

Sales are attributed based on the last valid click and are tracked using cookies that last for 30 days . Affiliates can view their activity and commissions from their personal dashboard.

7. Promotional material and campaigns

Affiliates can use the official banners, images, and materials available in their private area. If this option is enabled, they can also create their own campaigns and personalized discount coupons for their clients, always subject to the company's terms and conditions.

8. Prohibited practices

It is strictly forbidden:

• Using the name or brand " InformaticaBarata.com " in paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Engaging in spam practices or promoting false prices or unauthorized conditions.
• Generate artificial or automated traffic through bots or techniques that are not permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse commissions if we detect misuse of the platform or any violation of these terms.

9. Cancellation of the program or accounts

InformaticaBarata.com may cancel an affiliate program or an affiliate's account at any time , without needing to justify the decision. Any outstanding commissions will be reviewed and paid if they meet the established requirements.

10. Applicable legislation

This contract is governed by Estonian law. For any dispute, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
