Organizing company

The promotional activities are organized by Technological Projects OÜ , owner of the domains www.https://informaticabarata.com/en/ and www.informatica-barata.com .

Scope and duration

Promotions are limited exclusively to residents of European Union member states. Start and end dates will be specified for each promotion. Due to operational reasons or holidays, deadlines may vary between 24 and 48 hours depending on the country. We recommend participating before the last minute.

Special conditions

Only adults may participate. Specific conditions (promoted product, requirements, number of winners) will be detailed in each draw. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

Selection and notification of the winner

The winner will be chosen objectively using automated software from among all participants who meet the contest rules. The winner will be notified via private message (social media) or email.

The results will also be published on our website and social media. If we are unable to contact the winner within 3 calendar days, the prize will be awarded to the runner-up. If neither the winner nor the runner-up responds, the prize will be declared void.

The prize will be delivered via a discount code valid for 15 calendar days from its issue.

Acceptance and responsibility

Participating in any promotion implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions and the specific conditions of each draw.

Taxation of the prize

For winners residing in Spain, the provisions of Law 35/2006 on Personal Income Tax and Royal Legislative Decree 4/2004 on Corporate Income Tax will apply. Prizes exceeding €300 will be subject to mandatory withholding tax. To claim the prize, the winner must provide their tax information and sign the corresponding document.

If the required documentation is not received within 3 calendar days, the prize will be awarded to the alternate. Prizes under €300 are exempt from withholding tax. Winners in other EU countries will be responsible for the tax regulations of their country of residence.

If the winner resides in an area with special customs within the EU, any payment amounts arising from these customs will be the responsibility of the winner.

Personal data protection

The personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our privacy policy . It will be used exclusively to manage participation in and delivery of the prize.

Applicable jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. For any dispute or controversy, both parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to the consumer's right to use European online dispute resolution platforms.
