The 3D scanner CR-Scan Raptor Pro is an advanced measuring tool designed for professional engineering, automotive, industrial, and design applications.
It combines three scanning technologies: blue laser lines, near-infrared (NIR) structured light, and full-color RGB capture, offering exceptional accuracy, high speed, and great flexibility.
This solution was designed by Creality for users seeking a reliable 3D data reading without unnecessary limitations.

The CR-Scan Raptor Pro features two blue light scanning modes that can be easily switched between during operation.
Its 22 crossed laser lines offer wide coverage and allow for quickly scanning medium and large objects, reducing the need for unnecessary passes and repetitions.
On the other hand, its 7 parallel laser lines, each only 0.1 mm thick, are designed to scan fragments that require maximum detail, ideal for capturing sharp edges and fine details.

Near Infrared (NIR) structured light technology allows scanning at speeds of up to 30 frames per second and is ideal for objects with varied geometries.
The combination of NIR light and blue laser lines allows scanning objects ranging in size from 5 × 5 × 5 mm to 4000 × 4000 × 4000 mm, covering from small technical components to large industrial parts, molds, automotive pieces, and even complete human figures.

The CR-Scan Raptor Pro offers a volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.08 mm/m, making it ideal for tasks that require high measurement precision.
The temperature compensation algorithm ensures stable operation and repeatable results, even during long scanning sessions.
With a performance of up to 660,000 points per second and a scanning frequency of up to 60 frames per second, working with the scanner is smooth, fast, and extremely efficient, even with large objects.

Thanks to 3D imaging technology with point matching, the scanner allows for scanning objects with great geometric complexity without the need for markers.
Additionally, the device stands out for its great adaptability to different materials: it allows scanning black and metallic surfaces without the need for matting sprays, which significantly reduces the object preparation time and simplifies the entire process.

The special Face and Body mode uses a specific facial mapping algorithm that accurately reproduces details and makes scanning hair easier.
A complete scan of the human body can be done in just 2 minutes, making the Raptor Pro an excellent tool for medical, ergonomic, apparel, and design applications.

Single-shot 3D imaging technology provides natural image stabilization and reduces the risk of losing track during manual scanning.
The fast rewind function further enhances the smoothness of the operation.
The blue laser is highly resistant to ambient light, which allows scanning outdoors: up to 50,000 lux in 7-line mode and up to 100,000 lux in 22-line cross mode.
The ring light indicator, physical control buttons, and non-slip housing make the scanner fast and intuitive to use. In addition, the detachable cord increases safety during manual scanning and mobile applications.

The core of the imaging system is a 2.3 MP 3D camera equipped with a low-distortion lens.
The metal tube and lens mount ensure mechanical stability and a long lifespan, resulting in exceptional quality of geometric data.
The integrated RGB camera allows for 24-bit full-color scanning in all operating modes.
Blue light provides illumination during laser scanning, while white light enhances the brightness and readability of color textures, ensuring a realistic reproduction of the surface.

The CrealityScan software is designed to offer maximum ease of use.
It includes clear tutorials for beginners, one-click model processing, advanced editing tools, and efficient management of point cloud and mesh data.
Scanner data can be directly imported into leading inspection and design programs, such as Geomagic Control X, Geomagic Design X, and Verisurf Inspect.
One-click integration significantly simplifies quality control, reverse engineering, CAD design, and model preparation for further processing or 3D printing.
